| MWG will create a website designed 100% customized to my business

| MWG will incur all expenses for the development of the custom design of the website and although I can choose to do business with MWG after this marketing test, I am under no legal obligation to ever send any payments to MWG or do business with MWG in any way, shape or form as a result of my application or participation in this study

| MWG (at it’s sole discretion) may choose to not accept any participant which MWG feels is not a good fit for this marketing test or which MGW is unable to reach within 24 hours after the application is submitted

MWG may possibly use the designs developed in this marketing test in future marketing efforts and I am ok with that

| MWG may reject my application if I am unreachable at the email address or phone number entered below within 24 hours

| Applications are considered on a first come first serve basis and my application will be time-stamped

| I will find out instantly upon submitting my application if I am one of the first 6 applications and will find out within 24 hours if I am accepted as a participant |
